After the project has been reviewed, the AWS Project Analyst provides the requestor with written notification of the evaluation and recommended next step.
The submitted process identifies three possible outcomes:
Project Concept Viable with Modification
The project concept may move forward after revisions are made to better align the production scale or approach with its expected value.
Project Approved
The project is scheduled for production using an established timeline, production approach, team, and equipment.
Project Not Approved
The requestor receives an explanation for why the project is not approved.
When revisions are needed, the AWS Video Team works with the project requestor to move the concept toward an acceptable production plan agreed upon by both the requestor and AWS.
